Refund Policy

At Little Buddha International Preschool, we believe in maintaining complete transparency and clarity regarding all financial transactions. As part of our commitment to integrity and fairness, we request all parents, guardians, and franchise partners to thoroughly understand our Refund Policy before proceeding with any payments.

Admission Fees (For Parents & Guardians)

The admission and registration fees paid towards enrollment of a child at any of our branches of Little Buddha International Preschool are strictly non-refundable.

This policy applies to:

  • Registration or application fees

  • Admission confirmation deposits

  • One-time enrollment charges

  • Any advance tuition fee or term fee paid during the admission process

Reason for Non-Refundable Policy:

  • Once a child is registered, we initiate various internal processes including seat reservation, staffing, classroom resource planning, and administrative work—all of which incur costs.

  • These processes are undertaken irrespective of whether the child eventually joins or withdraws.

  • Admission fees are meant to secure your child’s place, which prevents that seat from being offered to other applicants.

We urge parents/guardians to thoroughly evaluate our curriculum, visit the campus, and seek all necessary clarifications before proceeding with admission and payment.

Franchise Fees (For Franchise Partners)

All payments made for obtaining a franchise of Little Buddha International Preschool are also strictly non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Initial franchise booking or registration fee (e.g., INR 25,000 or as applicable)

  • Franchise license fees

  • Setup or onboarding charges

  • Any advance payments made toward infrastructure support, training, or branding

Reason for Non-Refundable Policy:

  • Upon receiving franchise fees, we initiate a number of business and operational processes including:

    • Territory mapping and franchise reservation

    • Legal documentation and licensing support

    • Branding and marketing asset development

    • Curriculum support and staff training preparations

  • These activities involve considerable time, effort, and resource allocation which begin immediately after payment confirmation.

We encourage prospective franchisees to:

  • Fully understand the business model

  • Go through the franchise agreement in detail

  • Discuss the scope, expectations, and returns before initiating any payment

By making a payment toward either admission or franchise, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. Under no circumstances shall any portion of the fees be refunded, except in rare cases where required by applicable law.
